    the company is still there in China, i ring their office. They also actually have an english speaker as well.

    AllFuelUp, maybe whilst you are there in China. Perhaps contact and negotiate with the owners a solution and way out for minor shareholders and majority owner.

    They can buy back the shares at 1/5 IPO price.
