sorry cake according to awb they are up to speed with forcasts if there is a shortfall it is with the other pretenders,
loyalty surely comes from the producers NOT the govt producers will vote with their feet not with the govt and they will stick with the tried and true, do u have an investment in gc tf or or some other pretender?
