Next time, if there is a next time, he will be gone.
Browns have a LOT of support and it wouldn't take much to get the vote over the line, there would have been a lot of people that didn't even know this was happening.
Lets just hope that management understand that silence is not golden, we want to be informed, this is our company and if things don't change, well then, management will be sacked.
