Asteroider if it has been tweeted by Julian Ropcke you are almost guaranteed it is 100% wrong.

The guy is paid to spin every bit of news into anti-Russian propaganda. He has made himself into an a$$clown in so may instances its embarrassing if anyone would take him seriously or quote him. He also uses white helmets/al-Nusra propaganda as 100% authoritative and legitimate sources (he is basically their mainstream media cheerleader). It's like me quoting Press TV as 100% accuracy on all matters concerning Israel.

Some famous bloopers and regular errors to name a few from Julian Ropcke include.

Claiming he had evidence (and never showing) of Russian tank convoys (conventional military formations) entering the Donbass region of the Ukraine.
He also regularly posts discredited old photos of Buk systems in taken in Russian territory as evidence of them being in Ukrainian/Donbass territory (he loves using bellingcat which is a very discredited source).
Showing photos of a Syrian hospital bombed by Russia when it first intervened even when they were days old and done by the Syrian airforce.
Using stock images of photos of hospitals destroyed including those shelled by rebels and bombed by the coalition as evidence of Russian aggression.
Using photos of Syrians killed and injured by "moderate" rebels as evidence of Russian aggression.
Using old photos of a destroyed hospital in Aleppo and claiming it was recently bombed (it would not surprise me if these were old photos).
Constantly repeating the lie that Assad gassed his own people when it has been repeatedly discredited by the UN and done by SA/Qatar funded and trained head-choppers.

He has never apologised for getting his information woefully wrong and tends to double down in insults when confronted by those in the media industry who have clearly discredited his claims.
