turkey to use rockeby bird flu kits

Rockeby Biomed Ltd (RBY) has secured an exclusive deal to supply its Avian Influenza Antigen Test to the Turkish Poultry Industry, which represents 90% of the poultry in Turkey, and is represented by Banvit.

Banvit has the largest production capacity in Turkey under one roof. The present capacity of the processing plant in Bandýrma is 16,000 birds/hour (approximately 240,000 birds/day).

Today, 80% of the available capacity is used.

The Avian Influenza Test kit supply agreement, which has a minimum per annum sales value of US$1 million (A$1.2 million), will be delivered in four quarterly shipments.
