Agree the area is bigger than aderson's chest or kardashians bum and that's going to be a problem until they hit something. they do not know exactly what is where yet and still needs to understand the geology of the area and the theories. They can't subdivide the land into small housing blocks and sell.
And the sp is not a reflection of all the complaining but its vice-versa. If it needs to go higher they will have to hit something.
