Not that we know of yet.

In my opinion only, nothing was going to happen here until the Tunisia subsidiary liquidation was finalised, due to the chance that we would have to pony up.

From the Half Year Accounts :
Jacka Tunisia Bargou Pty Ltd was placed into liquidation on 6 July 2016. As this subsidiary is currently in liquidation, the Consolidated Entity does not expect to be required to fund the Tunisia cash calls outstanding ($720,838).
