Ok people, i am very pleased to say i have recieved a reply today, and an informative reply at that. Mick has given me a great reply to my question regarding a TSX listing and here what he has said:
"The TSX listing is still the plan, am waiting to time the markets as the past 3 months have been fairly ordinary for mining stocks on the TSX. I am on my way over there today, I believe that we have secured some major investors that can underpin the listing and importantly get some on market buying. I still feel that the Australian market is unlikely to give us much value, but the US and Canadian investors will give us value.
In terms of funding development, the plan remains the same, namely:
Project finance debt – still to be arranged but likely to be circa 60% of the capex Offtake financing/potential sale of a portion of the project to offtake party – anywhere from 20% to 40% of the capex Equity –remaining amount of capex If you have any further questions please email me and I will do my best to answer where I can. "
