lol - sounds like that industry needs a shakeup. Airliners eliminated flight engineers in the 80s and they are far more complex systems. The captain is not allowed to start the engines or look at the gauges on a tug! Have these guys heard of automation and computerised engine monitoring? They belong on the 70s , stone age tech and unions holding back the industry.
