Regarding Harts Range, the original JV was announced in November 2005!
From the announcement... "Upon finance approval, an operating joint venture will be formed between Olympia and Branvest, being 90% Olympia and 10% Branvest, subject where required to board and shareholder approval."
Given that they have not announced financing yet, you would have thought the only way to fund its development would be to JV the project with one of the current garnet industry players. You have to wonder why after two years this has not already been done.
