    For MON its reconstructed will be hugely diluted depending on how they expect to get the new gold project purchased.

    MON will be essentially starting fresh but existing holders will be sick to their stomachs of the debt, -ve cashflow and now dilution.

    SP will crash maybe, depends if MK steps in and buys, buys, buys.
