I, myself, suspect it'll come out after the 'market-close' 15:45 (SA time)...
The fact that it was published in the AFR earlier (this AM) makes me think the 'devil is in the detail' that's coming later in the day (or tomorrow), perhaps 'bigger' news to report...
Most 'releases' that hit the media get a fairly 'swift' response or 'accompanying' market-announcements, so considering we're still waiting for that, there might be 'more' in it when it hits...
Big spike earlier in the day, intra-day high of $2.29...
