Even as a purely chart-based opinion, your definition of gap is incorrect.
There is only 1 gap below, and the other two are already filled (yes tails are considered filling by almost any trader).
TTT chart is as healthy as it can get. Very well behaved, and is simply doing its normal short-term consolidation, which IMO is a sign of insto backing. With that, $1.50 is currently simply a dream uless fundamental changes occur.
