DTL spilt the stock 10 for 1 but there were only 14M shares on issue pre split. I don't think it made any difference at all. Waste of time really. It doesn't improve liquidity. All it means is that someone who had 100,000 shares now has 1M shares but they're still probably going to hold all of them just like they did when they owned 100,000 shares.
