At current valuation you could also argue the investor base the company would attract would change. People who invested early on sub 50m m/cap would probably only be after micro-small cap companies, while others probably held off until its derisked then are more comfortable investing later. At 300-400m m/cap, while still technically a small cap stock, TTT is a different risk-reward proposition from when it was 30m
All about individual risk preference and appetite.
Regardless we'll still have 'experts' here offering their wonderful insight that the share price "could go up or down from here." Brilliant ^.
