im not too conerned when looking at the timeline from 12 months ago revenue is due to commence soon im assuming they are quite possibly doing fee for service in the lead up to manufactoring.
The project updates seem to be advancing so as long as they keep moving towards manufactoring stage im happy. When you consider that two jobs (Fincantieri and a defence co) are in testing stage im hoping they jump through these hoops and we are on our way.
