Is this meant to be only for the few....PPT are way over the limit...other big players are buying in at very low prices...and no one bothers to report the Supreme Court Appeal was over last week....admittedly the state election is in the balance if it goes against Napthine...as it will, hell wats a billion dollar judgement to a guy like Napthine. This non reporting seems to me like the TLS buy back where only the instos got in and few moms and dads got benifit..TTS and TAH are being set up to put the bottom line of such as PPT/ NAB et al into shape...where is the ASX compliance team when you need them?
Lets make this easy for the ASX compliance boys....
The start of the Supreme Court Appeal was a market event.
The fast completion of the Supreme Court Appeal was a market event.
The non reporting of these events is un fair to an informed market.
