I have a mate that uses the online thing, he also deposits money via Bpay, apparently this week they did changes and consolidated the Tatts lotteries and tatts bet into one account, and did whatever to the site.
Anyway so he did his usual think by depositing money into his account through the Bpay he has been using for so long.. the money hasn't appeared in his account, he then checked his account details, they had changed the Bpay details with a new payee number and reference number.
Now I'd assume he wont be the only one that experienced this problem, could potentially lose alot of customers if they cant get peoples funds back and into their accounts!
I told him to write them an email explaining the situation, but many wont know the situation, they'll just know that the money is missing.
