New substantial share holder is good news, and the oppies have moved a bit today. Couldn't find much out about Sinom online, but hopefully they'll stay involved and increase their holding.
Agree tat there'll likely be a brief drop in PM's once the debt ceiling is raised as the smart money corrals the sheep and buys their stock, but if the credit agencies look dimly upon the political nonsense that the Democrats and Republicans have been up to, and that taxes haven't increased leaving the same structural issues, they might still drop the US rating one notch putting pressure on the dollar, which will help PM's.
