    Spot on we got TSV Monterey shares for zilch and they were worth zilch you couldn't even give them away they were not listed on any exchange in the world but then along comes Calima Energy an ASX listed company [code CE1] and is offering us 3.3 Calima Energy shares for every 1 TSV Monterey share
    So today CE1 closed at $0.049 so the implied value of 1 TSV Monterey share would be $0.16317 [16.3 cents]
    Now that could add up to some decent beer money!
