On the weekend AFR and Australian both ran stories featuring Tsenin maintaining that it was extremely unlikely that the group will be liquidated....this was without a release to the mkt and seemed to be more of a shot at the group of investors that are trying to get liquidation to occur (as the only way they see they'll get anything back, I guess). No one is mentioning real timelines on when particular things will happen, so I am not sure right now what we are waiting for. Must the sale of US assets wait until the legal challenge to same is sorted, or can it go ahead and be undone later by a successful challenge? or is it an injunction?
