TSE is considered as a growth stock by many so the downgrade for earnings removes the PE premium it used to have and market is reacting to that. It may be a bit overdone but remember this is the first downgrade for a growth stock. However, even without the premium TSE is averagely priced by major brokers at around $11.80.
