If 20% of the options are converted to fully paid shares, then the total number of fully paid shares will total about 26 million. Tsang's 3% holding of converted options, taking into account only 20% are converted, shouldn't take him over the 20% limit if my calculations are correct.
So a takeover doesn't look likely...
