I thought the answers are NO on the Assignment ( since never mentioned in Co releases by CTN, or CGA - apparently NAOS does not have to keep their LIC's informed? ); Yes on the IMA ( but a closer read says shareholders will be given "pertinent details" - presumably which parts decided by the Board - if any Directors are left at CTN as their release had no names on it? ); Who knows re current management - ( WL on sabbatical apparently, and presumably NAOS can't manage it as they want to - ie not as a Micro - until they have an IMA? )
Friday's announcements by CGA and CTN are the only founts
of knowledge -- so strange to be so understated.
