aventurie, you would probably be right- I haven't perused the ANN's properly, so nil-sum was just a guess.
The market is savage on CGP right now. Lind got shares @ .008, and I note that buyers took up the .006 spot to buy. The thing about Lind is that when they purchased shares @ 1c, buyers were stepping up and buying @ 1.2c and above, so that would have kept Lind happy. I know the ASX has chipped CGP and asked them about money, and the boss is now doing cut-backs. Mostly Lind companies spend like troopers due to the Lind guarantee. I am wondering if the boss is concerned about AGM votes- maybe there is some feedback to him re the share price. The ANN on the BreatheAssist negotiations sounded good- with lawyers bustling to and fro to get things signed, but late negotiations always worry the market. Boss just sounded concerned last ANN. That deal, if it works, is a terrific one. I had thought when the company killed off Aspen, that it might be that the new investor might want to just take CGP out- but not with Aspen in it. Why would anyone pay $30m over a few years to licence BreatheAssist when they could buy out CGP for much cheaper?
