Unfortunately a tough place to do business in so ensuring your good to go is essential. Once the plant is switched on then you don`t really want to stop it again other than periodic maintenance. I believe once they have this all mapped out then its all systems go. When they announced this Cobalt was around 28k per ton now its nudging 60k per ton.. your earning while it still sits there...should imagine they are negotiating off take agreements as we speak.
