Thanks Camry, same to you. Hope 2013 is a good year for us and OXX.
Understand what you are saying and in that sense the Trustee stock may have outlived it's usefullness.
The Trustee Stock goes back to the listing of OXX on the NSX (before it went to the ASX), about 10 years ago. This is obviously way before the merger with Strata Resources and then Goldsborough. Then the 33m shares was a much bigger percentage of the company. Such stock was commonly used in company structures as a protection against predators. This I believe was it's purpose at that time. Since then with the two mergers (Scheme of Arrangements whatever you want to call them)and the new constitution things have undoubtedly changed a bit.
Wonder when or even if we will here anything regarding Palta, getting closer to Winchester!!
