AOC has probably become the highest profile and most recognisable Democrat........... and in a very short space of time. By that I mean in the public's eye, the average American. A magnet for the media, making controversial statements, constantly on social media, etc. She's a couple catchy slogans and a blue hat away from being a poor man's Democratic version of Trump. I'm guessing that a dozen Democrats have put their hand up to run against Trump in 2020 and none of them have the public profile of AOC. Ive talked about the Trump "brand" and how much of an advantage he has over the Democrats from that perspective. It appears that perhaps AOC has been paying attention to how he has been working the media and masses!
