Fair estimate of the VOIP players in the market from what I read into your post. Although I would like to correct an ambiguity or misunderstanding on MNF:
MNF - solid slow internet VOIP domestic growth - will be taken over one day
MNF has had 80+% growth for the last 2 years, this is not slow. We also sometimes confuse a quiet acheiver withslow growth due to a lack of apparent market visibility theu advertising. MNF client base is only 8000 short of ENG.
With respect to FRE:
FRE - I still hold stock, whether you like it or not it has global growth and has a large global customer in Tesco which looks like they have already gone live with there new talk WiFi technology- this technology is the only one of a kind that you can download to your mobile phone whilst keeping your existing mobile number - seamlessly
The whole Tesco thing sounds great but it is almost as bad as the perception that Ch7 will benefit ENG due to it's 58% shareholding in ENG. No real details have been released to FRE shareholders indicating what the revenue of profitibility will be for this hookup. In the last FY08 FRE report, it indicated that it had received a payment from Tesco for licensing FRE technology. Again, no idea of how much and how long Tesco can use the license for and if there will be any further revenue from this.
FRE technology for mobile is swamped with free competition, just look at www.fring.com or www.nimbuzz.com, these are free apps to download to a huge range of mobiles that give your Skype messaging, voip over 3G or Wifi and interoperability with your mobile and it's number. God only knows how anyone operating coip on mobile apps makes any money out of it?
FRE by any measure is wasting considerable sums of money and IMO the management needs to be removed before they spend the lst of shareholders money. Eith that or give shareholders a proper explanation of what they have done with $8M of cash in the last year.
FRE can only be trading at a premium over the others if someone knows something more than the FRE shareholders. Smacks of manipulation to me. Maybe even Xtrades? I have not checked. What was that 450,000 yesterday, can someone check it?
The reason I am posting strongly against ENG & FRE here is get their shreholders to demand answers of them. No-on wants to see a VOIP company go down and at this rate FRE is looking pretty shaky to me.
