The absurd NT moratorium is simply the NT ALP trying to ingratiate themselves and suck up to a small number of inner urban Greens voters in Northcote and Newtown who they think are 'cool'. Utterly absurd. By all means create some gas free zones and some buffer zones around agricultural areas and up in the north of Arnhem Land.
But the entire territory which is 95% desert? I mean come on. Give me a break. People need those gas jobs.
