whats more is Vic bans onshore gas exploration - conv & unconv, TDO has only offshore permits, gas prices accelerating upwards - ideal siuation i would have thought for TDO to nail a JV partner as they have been attempting to. Conditions ripe for a re-rate if they can do this. Buy queue giving a hint?? that either this is getting close or just as u say emerald - people looking to take up on very low price in the off chance something positive happens
