Well mate, it is your opinion against the judges which have ruled against us. All of them too mind you.??

I am only reading and sharing what I have found out. Nothing more and nothing less. And it happens that I didn't come down with the last shower of rain and understand these sort of things perhaps a little better than what you believe and what you are giving me credits for.

Besides, if we are so sure that we have nothing to loose as GRR has no legs to stand on , why on earth don't we push it as hard as we can to get it in there in Court and fight it instead of prolonging the agony and avoiding it altogether.??

Regardless of your arguments put forward, none of that is coming out from CTP. All CTP is doing is telling us the good news but keeping the bad ones away from us. Period!!!
All we know is that we are continuing to fight and refusing to go and face the music in front of a Judge and/or a Jury. Let them ear it and make a ruling. Only then we will know who is right and who is not.

By prolonging and fighting it to be heard in a Court of Law and saying that Shortt will not appear in front of the Judge/Jury, that is only aggravating the issue and causing more uncertainties and grieves. Does it not.??

As for CTP agreeing or not to the Texas Jurisdiction, well mate it appears that the Courts in there are thinking along those lines and they also say that the contract was consummated in Texas while Shortt and one of our Directors at the time (Was it BD.?), and not in Australia.

The laws of contract anywhere in the World are very specific on that.

As such, let's get it to Court and put the matter to bed once and for all.
