The only way to be proven to be right or wrong, is to test it in Court, but it appears that CTP is doing everything possible to avoid going down that road.

And it appears that, by now, they might have exhausted all avenues and will have to face the music in Court.

Only a Court will then be able to determine if the contract was valid or not. Not an "aspiring" Lawyer.

And don't forget that, under the Law of contract even a verbal contract is as valid as a written one as long as there are evidence of one been made. Again, a Court or a Jury will be the one/ones determining if the contract was valid and enforceable, ort not. And with Trevor Shortt refusing to attend if the trial will proceed, that wouldn't look in favour of CTP at all either.

If I was to be RC, (but I am not), I would make a move now and see if an out of Court settlement could be made. It would save a hell of a lot of headaches and money let me tell you. Especially if they will have to start facing the Court in Texas in front of a jury, and fight it. And if they don't, could it be run in absentia and judged accordingly.??

Either way it won't look good................................Think about it mate.

Like you've said this case has been dismissed in Australia, but has it.??

Has it actually been dismissed,.??? What has actually been dismissed.??? Perhaps you should read it all once again, (the judgment that is) and then come back to us...
