In the last few months there have been chairmen, directors and ceo's replaced. New members brought on board and a fresh capital raising imminent, I quess we've turned the corner.

Whilst I think they missed an opportunity with the recent truck show, even from just having a presence there the product is tailored at present to specific types of vehicles and a large part of the show may have been interested in it but for the actual sales we need probably not the best audience for the current product.

I've been following the company for the last few years with the garbage truck brakes and noticed heaps of time/funds researching/improving the product, (had to be done) fair enough we now have a high quality product, like others I think if they can get seriously stuck into the marketing phase from now we can finally get moving, which is what I hope they intend.

*** My thoughts would be that aside from smaller councils If a larger refuse truck company got on board with the brakes ahead of their peers, (economy of scale etc, larger volume orders) once they hit the pay back period they would be ahead from the perspective they could then put in lower bids for contracts than their competitors due to having decreased future operating costs and possibly hopefully more contracts/market share from it. (Am very open to any critique in this reasoning).

I reckon for larger companies competing in the same arena there would have to be a first mover advantage payback, you would have to think that whoever bites the bullet first should end up in front due to to accumulating savings thereafter, assuming they are serious about profit.
