The re-rate It will come but still has many caveats: - no more pr nightmares - delivery of phases on time and budget - increased production - new customer additions and more importantly sales I would like to see it back in high 20's early 30's as a starting point and then let's ramp up phase 1 and see how the first Qtr looks (sept 18)! Then it's game on really as phase 2 can be concurrently worked on and funded in the background! That's my 2cents worth - have a great weekend
