I think what he means is that as he has no foot in the game with this stock and a sell sentiment, he is just talking down the stock.

I'm all for a balanced discussion on the positives and negatives of management, stock movement and what individual sentiment is however one liners poo pooing are just a waste of a line item. If the comment then went into the why, who and what behind the reason it did or didn't float in the US it would be much more informative and personally something i am ignorant of and would like to know more about. But alas, we gained nothing from the comment.
