@plough -- It says deliveries are scheduled until 2037 with the reference point in the wiki article, but with future orders could be pushed past 2040 production (like many older legacy fighters have). 

Also, I don't really think that the argument, which I've heard (when I'm talking with some older folk) that UAV's will be the main weapon of choice into the future.  They might take a bigger share for recon, but fighters and the such will still hold their long-term role going forward.  It's like with space travel.  Unless you got test rats in the sky/space you need people willing to take the ride/gamble   

This will be an interesting year.  I just sent a message to Mark Burgess about clarification on end dates of production under the LTA's with Northrop and Marand.  Must be dates and as with the C130j LM100J could be extended further depending on demand.
