@howie1300  -- @cocokat is right that the SP is below the options pricing.  As such he wouldn't pick them up, unless they where revalued, which would have only happened with a CR.  It was always a possibility but not certain.  Now that has passed, but with new work being negotiated ie Air7003 team reaper deal... they will need money for that.  Considering the debt is basically full up.  It gives them the right timing to mirror the sought of placement that was in 2009 for the F35 funding, but for the reaper deal.  Although, I could vision Newmarket Capital and possibly Acorn Capital being considered the institutional and sophisticated investors that they offer the main parcel of shares to.  All speculation, but it makes the most sense.  When one door closes another one opens.  They used as many methods as they could to keep this heading down... i fear it is coming to the time they can not play it down much longer.  Hold on to your hat howie... happy new year
