Hi Sandlion,
I have purchased 200,000 shares over the last couple months. On the surface it appears SAV is under-valued and has a lot of potential, but it is always difficult to know using the public documents. Any insight you have would be appreciated.
1) Do you know anything about the strategic review? Why do management think splitting the company in two will add shareholder value? Is there other agendas or rumors floating around, like selling one of the businesses?
2) What is the current mood in the company? Is there downsizing/worry or optimism? Are your peers buying or selling shares?
3) Do you know why the chairman resigned?
4) Does the company still operate like the CEO's private company or has the culture changed since going public?
