Please, can you let me know information re the rebalancing (upcoming) of your GDXJ. Specifically, I am interested in the holdings you have of WGX.AX. Your WGX holdings have not changed in the last few days. Sitting at 21.6 million shares. So you are not selling. Yet, on market, there has been substantial shorting (selling) of WGX. Even the regulators in Australia asked WGX re the activity of their shares. WGX response (announcement to market) was their shares are being shorted because of an upcoming rebalance.

I have looked high and low re information re ‘some’ upcoming rebalance of GDXJ. I find nothing. The question I have (and many holders have) is this: where is this information available (market sensitive rebalance information) to the public. As holders, we are being told this information is available ‘somewhere’. And shorters are using this information to short (according to the directors of WGX).

Now, this will, of course, even hurt GDXJ a lot. When you ‘rebalance’, if the shares of WGX you sell are 20% below what they ‘should be’ (without the shorts) then YOU and YOUR holders have lost a lot of money!

I am happy to raise any issues directly with the regulators here in Australia on your behalf, if you would like me to do that re this unusual market activity.
