Are you selling or buying HLD?? What are your thoughts on HLD??

They did confirm that they were maintaining the 0.03c dividend going forward in 05, however, revenues will be affected and hence NPAT. The yield at present is around 7.5% fully franked - which is attractive in anyones language. I guess the present PE of 12 and a FF yield of 7.5% is holding this puppy up.

Could drift lower to mid 30's from insto re-weighting and other selling from disappointed investors.
