With regard to the manufacturing rights, the more derisking of the project the more valuable the manufacturing rights become.
Hopefully this can be resolved sooner rather than later with either an issue of shares or predetermined compensation paid upon execution of a trade sale.
This issue alone I see as being a big leash on the share price.
