    I agree that it would be strange for the administrator to drag this out. Is it not a matter of EMS doing a deal with the BP creditors for the Man rights back then its just a question for how much....cash and stock I would guess.

    Why do you think Jooste was not involved in the contracts was he not the chairman throughout..strange comment
