Pogues - I can't imagine the administrators spinning this out for a trade sale - as for the contracts I do not have a definitive answer as to their validity if they fail to meet quotas - but one could reasonably assume that there would be performance hurdles that have to be met

I hasten to add though that these contracts where penned under Dermot and the previous board with the exception of Peter Jooste

All I am saying is that we are involved with the Administrators and that if a deal is done on our terms it will be a watershed moment for the company and could quite possibly give the Administrators their best possible outcome
