I am confident this issue will be resolved - if only because the company has to be involved in the realisation of any value attached to the manufacturing rights

The administrators would be well aware of this as well as the legal obligations the rights carry for them/Berlin Pharma - the trick will be what form any "deal" will take - I have no idea here but I cannot imagine it requiring EMS to stump up cash they simply do not have

Also I am pleased to see that MS has backed us in for a further couple of years -
