kippax - you forgot to mention the resolving of the Berlin Pharma issue which will be a milestone for the company
I have always believed the granting of the manufacturing rights to Berlin Parma which I am lead to believe was to try and tap into financial incentives that were being offered in Germany at the time, was a mistake - the clarification of the manufacturing rights is something that will, in my view, need to be done before they can realistically enter into a trade sale
It could be argued that the administrators of Berlin Pharma may have a "loose" grip on the manufacturing rights because they would be unable to fulfil their obligations if and when asked to supply which could make the existing contract null and void - all this though would take us further into the murky world of German law which could become a road block for EMS. So the sorting of this issue would give the company (not necessarily the share price) a boost and will make the strategy moving forward clearer
Just my two bob's worth and not advice
