    Hi Midnight26 and all,

“I'm no tax expert but there could be a substantial R&D refunds headed BBX's way over the next few years given how they're using new extraction techniques.”

In my private business we are unable to claim for any R&D work that is not completed at home in Australia and I’m fairly sure that will be the case for an ASX listed company. We need to be careful in making claims that could be incorrect. The Trolls and negative view point on all things Gold people try and alter reported facts to suit their needs so we don’t need to be giving out wrong information for them to jump on.

However, it’s possible that the company will be able to claim all the money spent on assay and lab research and exploration against any local or federal tax in Brazil.

Anyway if we see results showing 2-3 ounces of Gold equivalents from the drilling program in my humble opinion Tax and R&D claims will be the least of our problems!

I’m sure between Dr Willer Pos and the different independent assay labs the recent results are reliable. I doubt the Marcelo da Silva Pinto M.E. refinery would agree to test the 20 tonnes of sample ore per month on a revenue sharing base only if they thought there was no precious metal contained in the ore.

Anyone telling you that shares you bought at 2 cents a while back was a bad idea has rocks in their head as far as I’m concerned. If they think they will convince me to sell out of this stock on their advice could better spend their time sitting on a chair on the beach commanding the tide and waves to turn back as King Canute did!

Cheers and very best regards: Andy
