So many consultants and experts paid so much and for what? Someone has to take responsibility somewhere along the line, instead of blaming others. I wonder what Alan Gray thinks of the situation and spin he has been fed over the course of time. But someone is picking up the pieces, maybe someone who already knows more than we do.
