2."the State authorities grant Transit their right to drill on State lease blocks(which is estimated to be end of May)"
3. Maybe(/maybe later) Prospecting Permit Application for Federal Land.

I think when they got # 2, they will make ANN. So maybe not tomorrow but Monday at best............

Tommy, management have given good indications that they have a rig ready for this announcement so we might see an announcement that they have approval and that the rig will be on site within xxxx time....now I reckon that would be an announcement to please the market!! Either way I do not think these guys are going to wait around too long before the bit hits the ground so it is either a BIG announcement or another +ve announcement soon.
