2."the State authorities grant Transit their right to drill on State lease blocks(which is estimated to be end of May)"
3. Maybe(/maybe later) Prospecting Permit Application for Federal Land.
I think when they got # 2, they will make ANN. So maybe not tomorrow but Monday at best.
